Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course content.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email hello@apexcourses.io within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Account Sharing
Course access is for a single individual. Sharing login credentials or course content is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course content — videos, code, files, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Apex and its instructors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and will be pursued legally.
Limitation of Liability
Apex is not responsible for outcomes resulting from applying course material. Results vary by individual effort, experience, and market conditions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
